She is known for working with all skill levels, whether you are an advanced client wanting a powerful and challenging class, a beginner looking to explore movement or a client that needs post rehabilitation. Becky’s classes are based on Certified Pilates instruction, with an energetic twist and focus on your personal fitness goals. She mixes classical movements with new, creative techniques that allow her students to benefit from a wide range of Pilates movements. Her energy and enthusiasm will keep you motivated and inspired to see where your body can take you.
